Back in 1999, at just 17 years old, I began working in auto repair shops. Over the years, I learned the trade from the ground up — gaining hands-on experience, building skills, and understanding how the industry really works.
But along the way, I also saw something that didn’t sit right with me.
I saw customers — good, hardworking people — being overcharged, pressured into unnecessary repairs, or left confused about what was actually being done to their vehicles.
And one day, it hit close to home.
My own mother was taken advantage of at a repair shop. She was charged unfairly, without clear explanation, and without honesty.
That moment changed everything.
I made a decision right then and there:
If I was ever going to run my own business, it would be different.
No hidden fees.
No pressure tactics.
No unnecessary repairs.
Just honest work, fair pricing, and clear communication.
After more than 20 years of experience, that promise still stands.
